We accept payments by cheque and e-mail transfer from your banking institute.  We are currently in to process of switching our system and will soon be accepting Debit and Credit Cards (merchant fee applies for credit card payments).  Simply let us know your preferred method of payment so we can better serve you! 

Many people in this situation try to resort to the quick and easy solutions such as the DIY methods or running out to the store to buy an off the shelf drain cleaning product.  Most often, this offers a temporary solution or offers little to no results at all.  In our professional option, the best thing to do is attack the problem with a more direct approach.  That is why here, at JDK, we offer an assortment of drain cleaning solutions, so no matter what has you stuck, we have the right equipment to fix it, and keep you flowing!

Plumbing systems can be complex, and we cannot provide a price without first assessing the problem as there are many different variables to consider.  For example, if you called and asked us for a price to unplug your drain, we could provide a baseline, but in order to be as accurate as possible, it would be best to provide an in-home assessment to determine if the plugged drain is due to a foreign object or a prolonged calcium build up.  One or the other could require a more vigorous approach, at which point we would discuss most affective way to proceed.  

Rest assured; we've seen it all!  Plumbing problems occur and a few of the main issues we see on a regular basis are clogged drains and toilets, leaks, water heater issues, and foreign objects in toilets (you'd be surprised the treasures we have found).  No matter the problem, we know it can be stressful.  Always remember to call a plumber as soon as the problem initiates, and we will ensure our highly trained technicians will take your stress away and get your space back up and running in no time.
